Is My Item Covered by a Warranty?

Yes. Every product purchased from Halsgroves includes a 30-day warranty for your peace of mind.
If you need to return an item during this warranty period, please refer to our Returns Policy for full instructions on how to submit your return request.

Please be aware:

  • Our warranty provides replacements only for eligible items within the 30-day warranty period.

  • Refunds are not offered under the warranty and are only available within the 14-day cancellation period.


What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults caused by poor workmanship.
If your item becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, we will provide a replacement.


What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage caused by the user

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear


What Happens When a Product Is Returned Under Warranty?

When an item is returned under a warranty claim:

  1. The product will undergo a thorough inspection upon arrival.

  2. We will notify you of the results of this examination within a reasonable timeframe.

  3. If the item is confirmed to be defective, a replacement will be issued within 7 working days.
